The Osteria de I Magri restaurant, in the centre of Bormio, is housed in a 400 year old farm building that was originally used as a barn and cellar.
The venue is run by Mario Castellazzi, and his family, who have preserved its original structure. Stone and wood blend together to create a casual and comfortable environment and an ideal setting in which to enjoy traditional dishes.
The restaurant offers its customers a selection of the most popular dishes from the Valtellina culinary tradition. This tradition is based on the use of local meats and cheeses, fresh pasta seasoned with meat sauce and vegetables, as well as specialties such as pizzoccheri and sciatt.
